Our Client came to us in distress after finding out that their neighbour was set to demolish a heritage house and replace it with a unit development on its single allotment. Rather than get mad, our Client’s decided to get even and commissioned us to come up with a design to express their response.

With an architect’s folly, we proposed a viewing ‘tower’ and modest ground floor alteration. More work is to be done in coming months to update and renovate the interior of the Victorian house and we look forward to continuing our commission with these wonderful clients.
